Mark is a certified public accountant who has been licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania since September 1986. Mr. Terdle specializes in small to medium-sized business and individual taxation issues, along with the accounting procedures and systems of the small or emerging company. He has a wide range of experience pertaining to a variety of business and financial situations. He has successfully managed the business and financial affairs of large and small entities on a company-wide basis. His firm does extensive work for the medical, construction, real estate and professional services industries.
For the past thirty years, Mark has concentrated on and expanded his private practice of certified public accounting and consulting nation-wide. He currently serves clients throughout the local area as well as in more than 31 other states.
His past business experience includes office automation planning, internal control implementation and review, personnel administration, cash flow planning and review, preparation and implementation of business plans, preparation and review of financial statements, and supervision and filing of all required payroll, regulatory, and income tax returns. Mark's past experience also includes the supervision and performance of audits of businesses of all sizes. His employment with the international accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick exposed him to many diverse client situations.
Mark is a graduate with high honors from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. His degree is in business administration with emphasis in accounting and finance. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He has spoken to various business organizations regarding issues pertaining to community businessmen. He has participated in numerous community affairs and volunteers his time to special interest groups whenever possible.
